Feride Paspalova is Noble Missions’ Organisational Development (OD) Advisor. She is an international representative in the organization, with a degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She began her career as a marketing coordinator in New York City and presently works with the Executive Director in defining the best strategies to achieve the organization’s mission. She is currently pursuing an MBA from Imperial College Business school, London.
How does your work add value to the mission and growth of Noble Missions?
As an OD Advisor, I have the opportunity to create a positive impact by supporting the organizational founder, assuring proper alignment of various arrays of the strategic approach and decision-making.
As an international representative, I add a global perspective that surpasses local horizons, while also utilizing uniquely designed initiative resolutions. Meanwhile, on a tactical level, I relate to our volunteers’ experiences and lead the teams with an agile, values-based approach, creating transformational opportunities.

Noble Missions has been an invaluable source of personal and professional growth, especially in the process of perusing an MBA degree, offering practical experience in the successful implementation of future-led programs through a human-centered approach.
What do you enjoy the most about your work?
I enjoy grasping the idea of impact; providing access to education to one student alone can impact not only her/his life but also the lives of the generations after. I am eager to see how Noble Missions will impact education in Africa.
